(Sports Network) - The Canucks have yet to find their road game this season and the frustrations are starting to boil over. Frank Gore Youth Jersey . Vancouver will try to snap a three-game road skid to start the campaign this evening, but will likely do so without Rick Rypien as they visit United Center and the defending Stanley Cup champion Chicago Blackhawks, who have won three straight overall. The Canucks have been outscored 14-6 in losing their first three road games of the season and were routed last night, 6-2, in Minnesota. Roberto Luongo gave up all six goals on 18 shots before being pulled after the second period for Cory Schneider. Luongo has been in net for all three road losses this year and has posted a 5.29 goals-against average and .797 save percentage. Daniel Sedin had both goals for the Canucks, giving him six on the season. That has him tied for second in the NHL. Henrik Sedin added a pair of assists and has nine helpers to open the season. He has notched at least one in all six of Vancouvers games so far. Despite the Sedin success, the Canucks have lost three of their last four and allowed three power-play goals in the setback to the Wild. Minnesota was the best team on the ice tonight, said Vancouver head coach Alain Vigneault. They beat us in all areas of the game, from loose pucks to puck battles and obviously the power play. They deserved to win the game. Rypien is likely looking at a suspension after grabbing a fan on the way to the dressing room during the second period after getting assessed a double minor for roughing and a 10-minute misconduct. He also may have pushed an official prior to his altercation with the fan. Vancouver was already skating last night without both Dan Hamhuis and Keith Ballard. Hamhuis was out with a foot injury suffered when he blocked a shot on Sunday, while Ballard missed his second straight contest due to a concussion. Chicago has won four of its last five and is being paced offensively by Patrick Sharp and Marian Hossa. Sharp scored the game-winner in overtime on Monday versus the Blues, while Hossa scored the two regulation goals. Hossa leads the NHL with seven goals and 11 points and has opened the season with a point in each of Chicagos first seven games. Sharp, who banged home his third straight game-winning tally, has five goals in his last three games to give him six on the season. Its just one of those things where Im getting chances, said Sharp. We have a good team. I think offensively, we are creating a lot of chances. Not so much [Monday], but we capitalized on the one I had. Marty Turco made 32 saves for the Blackhawks, who split four meetings with the Canucks last year before eliminating them in the second round of the postseason en route to their championship. Chicago has lost seven of its last 10 regular-season games at home versus Vancouver. Turco is 18-7-2 with a 1.92 GAA in his career versus the Canucks, while Sharp hasnt scored in his last six regular-season games versus Vancouver. Luongo, meanwhile, is 11-8-0 with a tie and 2.27 GAA lifetime when facing the Blackhawks. Daniel Sedin has five goals and 10 points in his last six games against Chicago in the regular season, while Henrik has been held without a point in three of the last four meetings. Jeremy Saffore scored 11 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead the way for Chattanooga (11-10, 7-2), which also received 10 points and eight rebounds from DeAntre Jefferson. Moore was, after all, named the No. 1 star in the Lightnings Game 1 victory against the Boston Bruins in the Eastern Conference Finals without being one of the teams five goal scorers. But Bouchers broader point is sound -- Moore is a guy who hasnt been getting the recognition he deserves for a while now. Troy Polamalu Youth Jersey .5-billion-euro deal on nuclear energy today, among several other big ones, as French Prime Minister Francois Fillon meets Chinese leaders here. Tweet CHICAGO – Theyre up two games to none on the San Jose Sharks in the Western Conference Finals, theyre feeling good and now the Blackhawks must face their biggest detriment thus far in the 2010 Stanley Cup Playoffs. The next two games are on home ice at the United Center, starting with Fridays Game 3 (8 p.m. ET, Versus, CBC. RDS). But the way theyve been playing, maybe thats not such a great thing. In sharp contrast to their 7-1 road record, the Hawks are just 3-3 at home in the playoffs. Tuesday nights 4-2 win at HP Pavilion tied an NHL record of seven straight road playoff wins. Now the issue is figuring out the reason for such a stark difference. "We spent a lot of time with each other on the road," captain Jonathan Toews said upon the teams return home on Wednesday. "Were having fun playing hockey, whether its hanging out in the hotel or going for dinner. Weve done a lot of bonding as a team and its showing on the ice. Were having fun." `Not quite as much fun at home, though. At home they dont stay together away from the rink, dont dine together as a team and there arent video game contests to keep the on-ice chemistry going off of it. Could it really be as simple as that? Not entirely, but that is a part of it according to Toews and fellow star forward Patrick Kane. "On the road, its a little bit different," Kane said. "Theres really no distractions. Everyones with each other. Youre all hanging out with your teammates. Its been really good for us as far as thats concerned, especially the way our team is. New Orleans Saints Pierre Thomas Jersey. We really bond together really well. Were a young team. Everyone hangs out with each other." They also like hearing their fans joyously singing the chorus of "Chelsea Dagger" by The Fratellis after every goal they score at home. Hearing the song blare through the United Center is a treat for the Hawks -- but the way theyve tried to get it done in the playoffs needs to change. The Hawks say they tend to get a little too cute at home, rather than simply throwing pucks at the net and scrapping for rebounds the way they do on the road. Thats why theyre intent on doing more of the latter in Games 3 and 4 -- hoping to bring the ear-splitting decibel level that rocks the United Center during the national anthem to the game itself. "We know how we want to play at home," Kane said. "Keep it simple, not give too big of a show. Keep (fans) in the game right off the hop. Sometimes I think at home, whether its the national anthem or just playing in front of a big crowd, you want to put on a show for them. Thats not necessarily what we have to do. The biggest thing is playing a simple game like we have on the road." They also have the regular season to emulate. The Hawks won 29 games on home ice this season while losing just eight in regulation. Thats something they are already citing as they attempt to make the Madhouse on Madison a little less maddening for themselves and their fans. "Our home record was great," center Dave Bolland said. "I think if we bring it back, just like we played in the regular season, well do well." ' ' '
